So I learned from a recent tweet from Brian of brickworkz that James May from Top Gear (aka Captain Slow) is building a house (with some help help) made entirely of LEGO. He plans to live in it when it’s done. It would be freakin amazing to help build that. I totally understand what he means about imagination being limited by the bricks you have, too. That’s so my problem.
Great article about the concept: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1203654/Thousands-Top-Gears-James-May-helping-hand-Lego-brick-house.html
The build, in progress: http://www.archdaily.com/33604/toy-fanatic-builds-a-house-from-lego/
So as if I didn’t love the guy enough already… he has to go and be a LEGO fan as well. I’m surprised he’s not building a car out of LEGO. That would be about his speed, yeah?
